Catalyst has two event spaces onsite including the Forge Event Hall and the Steelworks Board Room & Living Room.

What is the capacity of your event venues?

The Forge Event Hall can hold upwards of 250 people or more pending the desired event set up. The Steelworks Boardroom can seat 20 and the attached Living Room can accommodate about 30-40.

Our event spaces are rented by the hour. We welcome a conversation about your event to provide an accurate quote. Tenants receive a 50% discount on event space rentals.

Office Space & Coworking

What size of office space do you have available?

Catalyst offers a variety of office and co-working solutions to fit your company’s needs. Co-working ranges from designated desks to furnished offices ranging from one to eight desks. Our traditional office spaces range from 800-10000 Sq Ft.

Do you have meeting rooms?

All tenants have access to ten meeting rooms including an executive board room. Meeting and event spaces are also available to rent by non-tenants for day use.

What building amenities are included in your coworking space?

Catalyst offers a number of amenities to fuel your business including meeting rooms, phone rooms, communal lounge areas, printing, secure wi-fi, kitchens with coffee, tea, and kombucha on tap, indoor bike storage, mail and package lockers, and fitness center.

Event Venue

What event spaces do you have on site?

We have two new and modern event spaces: The Forge Event Hall and the Steelworks Boardroom & Living Room. We also have numerous meeting rooms on-site.

What are the capacities of your event spaces?

The Forge Event Hall can host up to 144 guests theater-style, 120 guests for a seated dinner, and 250 guests for a cocktail reception.

The Steelworks Boardroom & Living Room can seat up to 20 for a meeting, and 30 for a social gathering.

Meeting rooms can fit up to 12 guests.

How much is your rental fee?

Our event spaces are rented by the hour. Please inquire about your event so that we can provide an accurate quote. Tenants receive a 50% discount on all event space rentals.

Do I have to be a tenant to book an event?

Not at all! You're welcome to book our space whether you're a tenant or not.
