Office Space & Coworking
Catalyst offers a variety of office and co-working solutions to fit your company’s needs. Co-working ranges from designated desks to furnished offices ranging from one to eight desks. Our traditional office spaces range from 800-4500 Sq Ft.
All tenants have access to ten meeting rooms including an executive board room. Meeting and event spaces are also available to rent by non-tenants for day use.
Catalyst offers a number of amenities to fuel your business including meeting rooms, phone rooms, communal lounge areas, printing, secure wi-fi, kitchens with coffee, tea, and kombucha on tap, indoor bike storage, mail and package lockers, and fitness center.
Event Space
Catalyst has two event spaces onsite including the Forge Event Hall and the Steelworks Board Room & Living Room.
The Forge Event Hall can hold upwards of 250 people or more pending the desired event set up. The Steelworks Boardroom can seat 20 and the attached Living Room can accommodate about 30-40.
Our event spaces are rented by the hour. We welcome a conversation about your event to provide an accurate quote. Tenants receive a 50% discount on event space rentals.
