Event FAQs

Are tables and chairs included with my reservation?

Yes! However, seating and table availability vary depending on the space you reserve. We recommend selecting a space that aligns with your expected guest count.

  • The Steelworks Boardroom & Living Room and Meeting Rooms include tables and chairs as part of the reservation.
  • For the Forge Event Hall, our team will work with you to determine the number of chairs needed and your preferred set up. We can also provide 6-foot tables and cocktail tables upon request.
Can I request specialty tables and linens?

Yes. While we can provide standard setup options for the Forge Event Hall, additional needs such as round tables and linens can be rented through a third-party vendor. Please note that linens are not provided on-site, so clients are welcome to bring their own or coordinate rentals. We are happy to provide vendor recommendations too!

Are audio-visual (AV) equipment and microphones available?

Yes! All of our event spaces feature a plug-and-play system that allows you to easily connect your device to in-room screens for presentations. Additionally, reservations for the Forge Event Hall include access to three handheld wireless microphones and three lapel microphones. Please let our team know in advance what equipment you will need for your event so we can have it ready for you.

Do you offer on-site food and beverage catering?

We partner with trusted on-site vendors to provide high-quality, customizable food and beverage options for your event.

  • Catering: Big Grove offers a wide range of customizable menus tailored to your event style, size, and dietary needs—including breakfast pastries, boxed lunches, buffet-style meals, charcuterie boards, and seated dinners.
  • Bar: Pour Decisions provides full bar service, wine tastings, and interactive beverage classes to elevate your experience.
Can I bring an outside vendor?

If you are considering an outside caterer or bar service, please contact our team directly to discuss our outside vendor policies.

Can I have a full bar at my event?

Absolutely. Through our beverage partner, Pour Decisions, we can host a full bar service featuring custom signature cocktails and curated drink experiences to fit your event.

Is parking available?

Guest parking is available at the city-owned Park Omaha garage located at 4605 Farnam St. The standard garage rate is $1 per hour. Limited metered street parking can be found along South 46th and South 48th streets. To arrange complimentary parking for your attendees, please coordinate directly with Park Omaha.
