General Event FAQs
Yes! All event reservations include access to the Catalyst 5S Guest Wi-Fi network. The password is updated regularly and will be provided to you at the time of your event.
Seating varies depending on the space you reserve. We recommend selecting a space that aligns with your expected guest count. If you book the Forge Event Hall, our team will work with you to determine the number of chairs needed and your preferred setup.
Steelworks Boardroom, the Living Room, and Catalyst Conference Rooms all include tables as part of the reservation. For Forge Event Hall, we can provide 6-foot serving tables and cocktail tables upon request.
Yes, additional table needs—such as round tables—can be accommodated through third-party vendors. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed.
At this time, linens are not provided on-site. Clients are welcome to bring their own linens or coordinate rentals through a third-party vendor.
Yes. Forge Event Hall includes access to three handheld wireless microphones and three lapel microphones. Please let us know in advance how many you’ll need for your event.
Yes, all event spaces include a plug-and-play system that allows you to easily connect your device to in-room screens for presentations or displays.
